5 ELK is looking for an Advice Technology Support Officer to support its national adviser network.

You’ll be the go-to person for Xplan queries, system guidance, and process support , helping advisers and practices work more efficiently and consistently.

This role is ideal for someone who understands financial planning workflows & enjoys improving how systems are used in practice.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide practical Xplan support (access, workflows, fee structures and service agreement set ups)
• Troubleshoot system and process issues across the network
• Perform UAT / release testing for IRESS and related platforms
• Assess business impact and recommend rollout approach
• Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities
• Produce weekly efficiency tips for advisers
