Advisor, Customer Service Shared Services (6 months contract)
Customer Service Shared Services works with the regional Customer Service teams and the Directors of Customer Service Operations to help keep the business running smoothly by performing administrative, reconciliation and customer service duties.
What You’ll Do:
Demonstrates willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization. You will assist the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) with their customer account relationships by (e.g.):
- Preparing and sending conformance/analysis certificates to customers.
- Performing daily, weekly and monthly account closing
- Utilizing SAP & Power BI to export data as needed to build custom reports & update customer portals.
- Preparing customer mandated spreadsheets and delivery reports.
- Preparing and sending mandated customer documents to customers.
