Role Overview

As a member and client experience advisory, you improve the experience of members and customers by advising them on their banking transactions and promoting Desjardins products and services. You are also an ambassador for digital solutions, helping members to use technological tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Support members and clients by informing them about existing applications and technological tools that can help them perform transactions and operations independently.
• Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities.
• Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, ensuring they are referred to the appropriate partners.
