This is an Operations Coordinator in the Brokerage Operations area. Verify advisory paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and correct signatures. Set up new accounts in internal platforms for advisor use. Process paperwork initially; later handle some advisor outreach by phone. Maintain and update advisory accounts across Cetera programs. Meet SLAs and performance metrics with guidance from Team Leads. Respond to inquiries via Salesforce, email, mail, and phone. Research and resolve complex cases and communicate escalations clearly. Use key systems such as Docupace, NetX360, AdviceWorks, MAA, Salesforce, SmartWorks. Support financial planning operations and partner with internal teams including Compliance. Handle low–mid level escalations and ensure regulatory procedures are followed.
