We’re looking for an Agentic Engineering Lead who can help organizations move from scattered AI coding experiments to structured, scalable and governed engineering models where humans and AI agents can actually work well together.

This is a hands-on role. We don't believe an agentic engineering model can be designed and adopted from outside the team, and we don't believe anyone can credibly coach teams on tools that change every few months without using them daily themselves.
