Job Description
I need a Python developer to build an automated pipeline that generates institutional-quality investment research reports. The system reads SEC filings and earnings transcripts from Google Drive, processes them through Claude's API in three passes, and outputs a branded PDF report.
This is a well-defined project with existing prompts and specifications - I need someone to build the automation, not design the system.
What the system does:
Pass 1 (Extraction): Pull PDFs from a Google Drive folder (10-Ks, 10-Qs, earnings call transcripts, proxy statements), send them to Claude API, extract structured financial data and management commentary
Pass 2 (Analysis): Take the extraction output, send it to Claude API with an analysis prompt, generate a research report
Pass 3 (Validation): Take the extraction + report, send to Claude API, fact-check every claim, output a validation summary with accuracy score
Technical Appendix: Pull current stock price from Yahoo Finance, compute...
