Job Description

Proper is seeking a highly operational leader to scale a best-in-class recruiting and onboarding process. The successful candidate will design and implement standardized practices, manage candidate journeys, and use data to enhance the experience.

This role requires 8–12+ years in recruiting or HR operations, strong ATS experience, and the ability to mentor teams.
