Trafilea in Argentina is seeking a leader to transform IT Operations into a highly automated, AI-powered system, significantly impacting business performance. You will rebuild IT Operations, owning incident management performance, and designing a Business Support engine.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience leading Tech Ops teams in high-scale environments and a strong background in cloud infrastructure management, particularly AWS. This role requires a hands-on leader to build and scale a high-performance Tech Ops team.
