Responsibilities
Embed with engineering teams to understand their workflows, identify where AI tooling aligned to standardised patterns and platforms add leverage, and guide them from initial setup to confident daily use.
Design and deliver structured enablement projects — workshops, office hours, self-serve guides — tailored to different engineering personas (backend, frontend, platform, and testing).
Drive adoption aligned to metrics, ensuring teams move from passive licence holders to active, high-value engineers delivering value back to the business.
Write real code alongside customer teams to demonstrate AI-assisted development patterns in context — not just in demos.
Diagnose and resolve blockers to adoption — whether technical, cultural, or workflow-related.
