As the AI Manager, you will guide the development of AI products and applications, managing a talented group of engineers. You will ensure that projects align with the business vision and efficiently handle the complexities of AI systems. Building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement will be central to your leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee design and deployment of AI solutions
• Provide strategic guidance for AI initiatives
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams
• Lead architectural decisions and solution reviews
• Establish frameworks for model development and MLOps
Requirements:
• 5+ years delivering AI/data products, with leadership experience
• Expertise in Large Language Models and RAG
