Role Summary: The Software Develop Head is responsible for the industrialization of technical breakthroughs. The role involves leading the engineering team to transform pilot code and field-proven integrations into a stable, globally scalable, and modular software-as-a-service product.
Job Responsibilities:
Productization & Scaling: Transition bespoke integration code into a standardized, modular platform architecture with a robust connector library.Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal IT and Infrastructure teams to secure compute resources and navigate security reviews.Engineering Leadership: Lead a high-output backend engineering team, maintaining strict CI/CD standards and code quality.Operational Stability: Oversee the stability and uptime of the core platform across diverse global deployments.Job Requirements:
