AI Technical Lead

Job Role: AI Technical Lead Experience: 6 Years Location: Pune Key Responsibilities Design and implement Multi-Agent AI systems for enterprise use cases Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for contextual retrieval and reasoning Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) for agent and tool interoperability Fine-tune LLMs using HuggingFace, LoRA, PEFT, and related frameworks Build AI solutions using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and modern AI frameworks Design and integrate Knowledge Graphs using Neo4J or similar technologies Develop and manage AI data pipelines, embeddings, and retrieval workflows Apply AIOps practices for monitoring, scalability, and reliability Mentor engineering teams and drive AI architecture decisions Collaborate with business, product, and data teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions
