Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation: Installing and setting up new AC units and their electrical components, such as compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
  • Maintenance: Performing regular inspections, cleaning, and preventative maintenance to ensure AC systems operate efficiently and to extend their lifespan.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues, including faulty motors, fans, and wiring, and replacing defective parts.
  • Testing and Adjustment: Testing newly installed equipment and adjusting system performance to ensure they meet operational standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all maintenance and repair work performed, often using service management systems.
