Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable customer experience solutions for enterprise clients. You will work closely with customers, internal technical teams, and stakeholders to build modern omnichannel contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.

Because apparently customers now expect businesses to answer calls, chats, and complaints without sounding like a broken vending machine.

Key Responsibility

  • Design and implement enterprise-grade contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
  • Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and technical discussions
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures
  • Architect omnichannel solutions including voice, chat, task management, and analytics
