Job Description

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies for A&H products to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of digital platforms, including website, mobile apps, and online sales channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, IT, Operations) and external vendors to deliver seamless digital solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze digital sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead digital projects, including platform enhancements, new feature launches, and process automation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all digital initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on digital tools and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital insurance.
