Analog Design Manager – Wide‑VIN Buck Regulators

What if the buck regulators you design today become the power backbone of tomorrow’s factories and electric‑vehicle drivetrains? About the Role Lead a 15‑engineer design team (supported by 3 senior managers) that owns every Wide‑VIN buck regulator (input > 60 V) for TI’s industrial and automotive portfolios. You will drive concept‑to‑production execution across multiple parallel projects, mentor high‑potential talent, and partner with systems, architecture, verification, layout, validation, and product‑engineering groups to deliver first‑pass silicon on time and on spec. ️ Key Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end design of multiple Wide‑VIN buck projects (spec → silicon).
