Analyst – AVP

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and self-motivated professional with 1 – 3 years of relevant experience or skill sets in to join our growing Investment Banking department.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of transaction marketing materials.
• Actively involved in transactional deal execution.
• Conduct IPO and M&A due diligence work and other assigned transactions
• Perform financial modelling and valuation analyses using various methodologies
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as relevant regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, and Banking or a related field
• Self-motivated team player, willing to take initiative, strong problem-solving skills
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
