Analyst, Information Technology (MEA02005)

Reporting to the IT Supervisor, as the IT Analyst you will be part of the Technology & BI Department and collaborate with other mine departments. You will ensure that goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s culture, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions to resolve technical and global issues.
• Develop, design and follow standard department procedures and best practices.
• Propose and design technical improvement solutions for the department.
• Maintain documentation and network diagrams.
• Document changes and requests in ITSM.
• Provide advanced support across multiple technologies.
