This role supports ICG FIG growth and risk-managed delivery by providing deep portfolio financial analysis, executing transactions end-to-end, and progressively taking ownership of selected client relationships in partnership with product teams in Mexico and globally. Key points: * Conduct ongoing financial analysis of portfolio clients to identify opportunities, anticipate financing needs/market trends, and flag emerging FCR, credit and operational risks. * Produce product gap analysis to help evaluate and structure the right solutions for clients. * Provide hands-on execution support across multiple transactions, including coordination through execution and disbursement. * Develop towards Relationship Manager capability via on-the-job training and increasing independence over a small set of relationships, scaling client complexity over time without reducing support to the portfolio RM. * Manage day-to-day client coverage for assigned names and deliver HSBC offerings by working closel...
