Administer and manage SaaS productivity tools (Adobe, Lucidchart, Smartsheet, SurveyMonkey, and others) to ensure reliability and optimal performance.

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and serve as an escalation point for complex end-user application issues from Service Desk and Field Services.
  • Oversee automation and integration management to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with the Software Asset Management (SAM) team to ensure licensing compliance, optimize costs, and monitor usage and adoption metrics.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and end-user documentation to improve self-service capabilities and reduce escalations.
  • Validate product updates and new features prior to rollout, partnering with Endpoint Management and End User Experience teams on deployments and integration efforts.
