Maintain knowledge of key systems (CAO, FIM, ISP/POS, Kronos) across all applicable banners to:

• Properly analyze data
• Share knowledge with other team members to maximize overall team effectiveness in supporting change and usage of key systems
• Triage questions from DOs, MROs on existing systems and tools
• Ensure optimal customer service standards are upheld in the team call center by fielding questions related to reports issued by the team
