I have an existing Indesign File that has the layout of last year. we will get the text for this years annual rapport as a word document with instructions in german.
Your job will be to place the new text, new images and adjust the layout where needed but keep the same style. In the statics part, you have to update the numbers to the newly provided numbers and adjust the graphics in size where needed to represent the new number. each graphic is an illustrator file.
Your delivery will be a collected indesign file with all dependencies as well as a ready to print PDF and a webversion (like the one uploaded as the sample).
keep in mind, the instructions will all be in German, so ideally you understand German. Translation might be possible, but can result in extra time on your end, in case the translations is not done well online. if we have to translate informations, please not that this is part of the overall budget, possible but will reduce the available budget for the layout.<...
