Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

• Manage a small team of Accounts Payable Accountants
• Ensure accurate and efficient coding of incoming invoices
• Process trade-run cycles
• Respond to vendor complaints or disputes
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding the status of invoices, including following up internally on approval
• Manage the delegation of authority matrix in the AP system
• Uphold the masterfile update procedures and other internal control protocols
• Point of contact for system related issues
