What you’ll be doing:

• Provide Level 2 & Level 3 support for Oracle R12 across Finance, Operations, and Commercial areas
• Perform structured troubleshooting (PL SQL validation, log analysis, interface reconciliation)
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
• Support critical business cycles (month-end close, financial reporting, tax processes)
