Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate with internal and external teams to review technical support efforts and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with CM partners and act as the main technical contact during line setup.
  • Operational Support: Assist with production line setup and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Engineering Change Management: Manage the engineering change management process.
  • Qualification Planning: Work with CM managers to implement a qualification plan with QA, covering test methods, process transfer, and ASMPT standards (including training, copy‑exact transfer, FAI, and PPAP).
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all qualification activities meet ASMPT requirements for testing and process transfer.
  • Continuous Improvement: Help improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks to increase test coverage and efficiency.
