Job Summary: Seeking a skilled and experienced Application Engineer. The ideal candidate will have background in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes. The role will involve optimizing production processes, ensuring equipment efficiency, and supporting the installation and integration of software and systems to enhance manufacturing performance.
Responsibilities : 1. .Fuji SMT Equipment Programming:. - Develop, optimize, and maintain programs for Fuji SMT machines (e.g., NXT, XP, AIMEX). - Ensure accurate and efficient machine setup for new product introductions (NPI). - Troubleshoot and resolve programming-related issues to minimize downtime. 2. .Cycle Time Analysis:. - Analyze and optimize cycle times for SMT production lines to improve throughput and efficiency. - Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to reduce production cycle times. - Collaborate with production teams to ensure optimal machine performance. 3. .System Integration...
