What you’ll be doing
Customer implementations & projects
Lead end-to-end deployments: requirements discovery, process analysis, configuration, deployment support and go-live readiness. Work onsite in manufacturing environments to validate workflows, prove capability, guide users and ensure alignment with real operational needs.
Business process analysis
Deep-dive into customer operations: production planning, quoting, purchasing, stock control, sales order processing, admin flows and shopfloor execution. Translate those processes into robust configurations, best‑practice recommendation...
