Application Lead (Celonis Process Mining)

Job Description- Lead design, build, and configuration of applications as SME and team lead- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure project delivery within timelines- Identify and prioritize business processes for optimization using Celonis- Analyze end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks- Translate data-driven insights into actionable business improvement initiatives- Define and track KPIs for value realization and process improvements- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders and leadership teams- Drive process mining-based transformation initiatives across organizations- Prepare project plans, status reports, and contingency strategies- Remove delivery blockers and ensure smooth execution of projects- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies- Guide teams in implementing process optimization solutions
