Role Description: Application Release Engineer

Provides integrated guidance across business, product, and technology organizations to deliver best practices for releasing software — from how software is stored in source code repositories, to build rules for compilation, to how testing, packaging, and deployment are conducted. AREs bring release engineering best practices to the end‑to‑end management and deployment of code.

Skills Needed

  • Expert knowledge in continuous integration and continuous delivery processes and tools
  • Advanced script development experience in at least one language: Python, Bash, PowerShell
  • Experience deploying Azure infrastructure through CI/CD pipelines
  • Advanced operating system knowledge for at least one: Windows or Linux
