Job Description

Major Responsibilities: Handle L1/L2 production support tickets Perform basic SQL queries for data verification and fixes Execute database scripts during issue resolution Monitor SQL jobs and alerts Perform initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis Escalate complex issues to development or infra teams Support application releases and deployments Key Competencies: 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Basic to intermediate knowledge of T-SQL Experience with SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE Understanding of joins, stored procedures, and views Experience in production support environment Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) Preferred Skills Knowledge of SQL Server backups and jobs Exposure to banking or financial applications Soft Skills Good analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work in a Shift or support environment.
