Job Description

The L1 Production Support Analyst serves as the first line of support for Java/Web-based applications supporting Product Risk and Market Risk systems. The role focuses on monitoring, incident triage, basic troubleshooting, and coordination with L2/L3 teams to ensure application availability and stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor applications, batch jobs, and alerts.
  • Perform initial issue analysis and resolution using runbooks.
  • Log and manage incidents in ticketing tools.
  • Escalate issues and support major incident calls.
  • Assist with release and maintenance validation.
Skills & Experience
  • Basic knowledge of Java/Web applications, Unix/Linux, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring tools.
  • 1–3 years of IT support experience.
  • Good communication and willingness to work shifts/on call.
