onlyFE in Oldham is seeking a committed Teaching and Learning Coach to enhance the delivery of College services. This role will involve supporting and mentoring tutors, ensuring high standards in apprenticeship programmes across the curriculum.

The ideal candidate will have experience in driving improvements in teaching and assessment, and hold relevant teaching qualifications including post-16 teaching and Assessor qualifications. The position offers generous benefits including 54 days’ holiday and pension contributions of 26.48%.
