Position Summary
The Financial Shared Services Associate manages the end-to-end billing and collections process, ensuring timely customer payments and accurate financial record-keeping. Key duties include generating invoices, posting cash receipts (ACH, checks, credit cards), reconciling accounts, managing aging reports, resolving payment discrepancies, and performing collections.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate and dispatch accurate, timely invoices and credit memos to customers.
- Work with sales and operations to create invoicing for multiple customer sites and locations, covering various billing types.
- Upload invoices to multiple customer portals.
- Process incoming payments, posting checks, ACH, and wire transfers to the correct customer accounts.
