Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.S. Architecture or equivalent); fresh graduate/apprenticeship/licensed Architect.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and architectural laws (e.g., National Building Code, local ordinances, safety and accessibility standards).
- Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in preparing technical drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
- Ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure compliance with legal and design requirements.
- Familiar with permit processing and documentation in accordance with government regulations.
- Strong understanding of site analysis, space planning, and sustainable design principles.
