ARCHITECT III DEVELOPMENT & BUILDINGS SERVICE LINE ALL OFFICE LOCATIONS POSITION SUMMARY Spicer Group seeks a highly talented Architect III to lead and grow its Development & Buildings Service Line across all offices, serving as a senior project architect/project manager and subject matter expert who supports senior architects and practice area lead in business development and workload planning. The role guides projects from programming through construction, develops designs and construction documents, and prepares drawings, specifications, reports, and milestone reviews while aligning designs to client budgets. It also manages project budgets, invoicing, and performance metrics, coordinates with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, ensures code and standard compliance with sustainable design principles, and conducts feasibility and environmental tasks as needed, including site visits to monitor progress and quality.
