Job Description
Our client is seeking an Architect or a Senior Architectural Technician.
Location: Cape Town CBD
Requirements:
- Relevant Qualification in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience in using ACC (Auto Desk Construction Cloud) or, at the very least, BIM.
- Must be based in Cape Town
- Own motor vehicle required
- Drivers License
- SketchUp and rendering skills would be an added bonus.

The position will include working with a small team on various commercial projects and residential projects.
