Architectural Technician (Planning)

Anderselite are currently recruiting for an experienced Architectural Technician to join the Planning Department of a well-established consultancy in South Gloucestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in residential architecture, with the potential to progress into a senior, project-leading position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings and documents for planning application submissions.
• Amend planning packs to support approval processes.
• Design layouts for housing types, flat blocks, road layouts, and landscaping.
• Develop street scenes and visual presentation materials (e.g., coloured layouts, 3D visuals).
• Assist with documentation required to discharge planning conditions.
• Contribute to the preparation of Design & Access Statements and other planning support documents.
