We are a leading architectural firm in Multan seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible
• Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for project development
• Utilize computer-aided design software to create 2D and 3D models of proposed designs
• Prepare cost estimates and assist in project budget management
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and zoning laws
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials and construction methods
