Job Description
- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Product Requirement Documents (PRD), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports - Develop technical presentations, solution blueprints, and API documentation - Ensure consistency in documentation standards and adhere to established style guides - Collaborate with technical teams to gather, validate, and ensure accuracy of content - Manage and organize documentation using platforms like Confluence, SharePoint, and Box - Maintain and update technical documents as per project requirements
