About the role
The ADM leads the entire Area Team (approx. 2‑3 resources) to ensure that primary and secondary sales (VOL & VAL) objectives are regularly achieved. They develop the “Route to Market” strategy together with the SM and ensure OTIF implementation. The ADM manages performance of relevant stakeholders in the team, including direct reports, key accounts, and general customers.
Key responsibilities
- Strong understanding of territory geography, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Expertise in channel strategy, Route‑to‑Market (RTM) architecture, and key inputs/outputs (I&Os).
- Hands‑on leadership of field operations, including distribution, market execution, and customer management.
- Effective use of analytics and monitoring tools to track performance and drive decision‑making.
- Ensure compliance with trade spend (TTS) and incentive processes, including governance and controls.
