About the Role: Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost customer experience, while developing strategic solutions and maintaining comprehensive process documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of process changes with business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop and implement process metrics for performance measurement, and conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to standards.
