Lead major nuclear projects as an Area Manager with Aecon Group in Kincardine, Ontario. Drive project execution for critical reactor component replacements.
As an Area Manager at Shoreline Power Group, you will oversee project segments within the Major Component Replacement (MCR) program. Your focus will be on key performance indicators including Safety, Quality, and Schedule. The role requires managing schedules, budgets, and team organization effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all project work groups for execution goals
• Develop and maintain project schedules and regular reviews
• Implement action plans for schedule performance issues
• Monitor project metrics for assigned work segments
• Ensure full training for all project staff and trades
