Asda Caf Manager - Ware

We're recruiting an experienced and passionate Caf Manager to lead the ASDA caf operation in Cheltenham. This is a hands‑on role for a strong leader who can deliver excellent customer service and smooth day‑to‑day operations in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the catering and front‑of‑house team
• Ensure smooth daily operations across the caf
• Manage budgets, stock, and labour to meet targets and KPIs
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
• Build a positive customer experience and represent the brand
• Identify opportunities to improve service and drive sales
• Support, train, and motivate the team to perform at their best
