Terus Construction seeks an Asphalt Roller Operator for road projects in Crescent Valley, BC. This position involves operating and maintaining rollers while ensuring safety and communication on-site.

This role requires experienced operators who are skilled in compacting earth and asphalt surfaces. You will contribute to safe and efficient road construction while working under varying weather conditions and tight schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate various types of rollers to compact surfaces
• Distribute and finish cooling asphalt efficiently
• Drive machine in overlapping passes for effective compaction
• Adjust machinery speed based on materials and temperatures
• Utilize hand rollers for inaccessible areas
