We're looking for reliable and motivated hands‑on workers to join a busy Rolleston-based company. This role is initially short term, with potential to extend longer for the right candidate. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands‑on work and wants to be part of a hardworking team.

What you'll be doing:

• Assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and air pneumatic tools
• Assisting with fitting, production, and general workshop tasks
• Working in a fast‑paced environment to meet production deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What we're looking for:

• Assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment (advantageous)
• Proven experience using hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability - someone who turns up and gets the job done
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
