Job Title: Assembler
Location: Roselle, Illinois 60172
Work Schedule: 1st shift, Mon–Fri, from 6 a.m to 2:30 p.m., overtime and Saturdays as needed
Pay rate: USD $ 22.50
Contract: Temp to hire
**Position Summary:**
The Assembler I is responsible for assembling a variety of subassemblies and finished products in the Tool and Head departments, performing quality and functional tests, and ensuring timely delivery. Reports to the Production Supervisor and supports production efficiency and standards.
**Key Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or GED **required**
+ MUST have **assembly experience** (1 year minimum, Level I)
+ **Mechanical and electrical experience required**
+ Basic computer skills ( **Microsoft Office** )
+ **Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, assembly instructions, wiring diagrams**
+ Strong attention to detail, adaptability, communication, and teamwork
