Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, validate, and optimize fiber optic assembly, termination, and polishing processes to improve yield, quality, and manufacturability Establish process parameters, SOPs, work instructions, and process controls for production operations Troubleshoot process and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield enhancement, defect reduction, cycle time improvement, and cost optimization Support new product introduction (NPI), process transfer, and manufacturing scale-up activities Collaborate with Design, Production, Quality, and Equipment teams to improve process stability and manufacturing performance Evaluate and qualify materials, tooling, fixtures, and equipment for assembly processes Conduct process validation, capability studies, DOE, SPC analysis, and process monitoring activities Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and operators o...
