Greatech Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced Training Officer to develop training materials and conduct on-the-job training for production staff. You will evaluate operators' skills and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 2–5 years of experience in a production environment. Strong hands-on training skills and knowledge of production processes are essential.
