About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Assessment Specialist (Language & Test Development) to join our content and assessment team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and optimizing high-quality assessments across multiple domains, with a strong focus on language-based evaluations and overall assessment quality.
You will work closely with internal teams to design reliable, fair, and effective assessments aligned with industry standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and review assessments across domains such as aptitude, verbal ability, and situational judgment
- Design and validate high-quality test questions including MCQs and scenario-based assessments
- Develop language-based assessment content including reading comprehension, grammar, and contextual usage
