Asset Inspector

Main Objective

The main objective of the Asset Inspector at Team Auctions is to inspect equipment and list assets for auction.

Responsibilities

• Understand all yard related systems for both personnel and inspectors to promote a productive team environment.
• Assist consignors with the efficient intake of their assets.
• Process all incoming assets by collecting/verifying precise details, capturing quality images, and creating applicable asset listings.
• Regularly perform quality control checks on asset listings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist the Client Relations Team with the collection and management of incoming records and documentation (vehicle registrations, work orders, CVIP, etc.).
• Assist with a seamless auction load out.
• Assist with regular site and equipment maintenance.
